Empowering Young Swimmers Since 1954

Cat 5 Aquatics is a year-round swimming program sanctioned through United States Swimming (USS), the national governing body for competitive swimming. The program has been in existence since 1954, first as the Panama City Swim Club, later as the Panama City Swim Team (PCST), and now as Cat 5 Aquatics. Cat 5 is a not for profit, parent run organization, that was founded with the mission of building and promoting youth swimming in Bay County, FL.
