Cat 5 Aquatics Summer Splashes
The Summer Splashes Swim Team is a 7 week Summer Recreational Swim Program sponsored by the Cat 5 Aquatics. The primary focus of this program is to introduce participants to the world of competitive swimming. Newer/younger swimmers will start with the basics while more seasoned atheltes will learn advanced skills and strokes. Instructors will introduce swimmers to all four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) and begin working on other racing skills like starts, streamlines, and turns. Summer Splashes also allows your child to participate in Fun Meets to introduce them to competition and help to chart their progress in the sport!

Ages and Skill Level
This program is designed for swimmers who are between the ages of 4 and 14 on the first day of the program (Jun 2)
In order to join Summer Splashes swimmers must be able to swim at least 25 yards unassisted

Feel free to schedule a placement date at Frank Brown Park. Placements will require swimmers to enter the water so be sure to bring swim suit and goggles. The entire placement process should take about 15 minutes

Summer Splashes Fun Meets:
A "Meet" is the swimming world term for a competition. Summer Splashes has 3 swim meets that all Summer Splashes participants are invited to join.
Check out the Swim Meets page for more information on the schedule, how to sign up for a swim meet, and some FAQ about swim meets. Results from previous meets will also be posted here, as well as photos from the swim meets!
Cost:
$315.00 for the ENTIRE 7 week session
- Includes all 3 Swim Meets
- Includes a 2025 Summer Splashes T-Shirt for each swimmer participating
We DO offer multi-swimmer Discounts!
- $315 for swimmer #1
- $295 for swimmer #2
- $245 for each additional swimmer
We DO NOT pro-rate for time missed (i.e. family vacation, camps, etc.)
